Flashost's ecosystem comprises three main participants:

Vendors: Businesses or individuals who create eStores to showcase and sell their products or services.

Customers: Shoppers who browse eStores, interact with Vendors and Shopping Buddies, and make purchases.

Shopping Buddies: Enthusiasts or experts who provide personalized shopping assistance to Customers, enhancing their shopping experience and confidence in purchasing decisions.

Yes, Flashost is accessible to users worldwide. However, availability of certain features or products may vary depending on regional regulations and Vendor shipping capabilities.

For Vendors

To become a Vendor, visit our Vendor Registration Page and complete the registration process to set up your eStore. You'll need to provide accurate business information and agree to our Terms of Use.

Flashost provides Vendors with a suite of tools, including:

• Customizable eStores to showcase products or services.

• Options to upload engaging video content for product demonstrations.

• The ability to hire Shopping Buddies to enhance customer service and engagement.

• Analytics to track sales and customer interactions.

Flashost offers various pricing plans for Vendors. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for detailed information on costs associated with setting up and maintaining an eStore.

Within your Vendor dashboard, you can access the Shopping Buddy directory to find and hire individuals whose expertise aligns with your products or services. This collaboration can enhance customer engagement and potentially increase sales.

As a Vendor, you are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes providing clear descriptions, pricing, and any necessary disclaimers.

Flashost encourages Vendors and Customers to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, Flashost may offer mediation services. However, Flashost is not responsible for enforcing agreements or outcomes.

For Customers

Simply create a Customer account by visiting our Customer Registration Page. Once registered, you can browse various eStores, interact with Vendors and Shopping Buddies, and make purchases.

Shopping Buddies are knowledgeable individuals who provide personalized assistance during your shopping journey. They can offer product recommendations, answer questions, and guide you through the purchasing process, ensuring a confident and informed shopping experience.

Shopping Buddies may earn commissions from sales they influence, but there is typically no additional cost to Customers for their assistance. However, it's advisable to confirm any potential fees directly with the Shopping Buddy before engaging their services.

While browsing eStores, you can connect with available Shopping Buddies through the platform's video chat feature or messaging system. This direct communication allows for personalized assistance tailored to your shopping needs.

Flashost accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment options. The availability of specific payment methods may depend on your location and the Vendor's settings.

After completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information, if provided by the Vendor. You can also track your order status through your Flashost account under the 'Orders' section.

If you experience any problems with your order, such as receiving a damaged item or not receiving your order, please contact the Vendor directly through the Flashost platform. If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, you can reach out to Flashost support for further assistance.

For Shopping Buddies

Visit our Shopping Buddy Registration Page to sign up. You'll need to create a profile highlighting your areas of expertise and agree to our Terms of Use.

As a Shopping Buddy, you can:

• Monetize your expertise by earning commissions on sales influenced through your assistance.

• Build a following and reputation on the platform.

• Partner with various Vendors to provide personalized customer support.
